| Yarland wishes to state that we never ever authorized Ornec Company to sell our products on their website, and don’t intend to so in the future. Ornec sells “what seems to be” our products without our consent or agreement. According to our findings, they get their “grey imported Yarland” products from some Inland China distributor and list them on their website ignoring amplifiers correct voltage requirements for some specific countries. Some of their products are labeled "Yarland" and yet do not have a clear supplier or factory code. This behavior brings Yarland’s reputation into jeopardy thus causing unnecessary losses to our company. |

As a result: Customers buying such Yarland “parallel/grey imported” products will not qualify for aftersale service as Yarland reserves the right to relinquish its aftersale responsibility on what it deems fit to fall under the"pirate products or parallel imports"category. Yarland products purchased through un-approved, grey or illegitimate sources/suppliers will lose all Guarantee and After-Sale privileges.
It is therefore in the client’s best interest to source Yarland products from legitimate sources that are approved and appointed by us.
